Our Tumbling program is taught by Matthew Lee Willis. Matthew was a competitive gymnastics coach and took his team to national champions for lvl 10. He also spent a good amount of time teaching tumbling techniques for over 10 years.
In Our Classes you Will Learn the Basics of Gymnastics:
BAM Tumbling class works on the basics first then moves to more advanced skills. Our program works on a schedule based on Front Tumbling, Side Tumbling, Back Tumbling, Flexibility and combination of skills. We work on a range of motion and even have an achievement program for advancing your skills safely and proficiently.
Our program is perfect for ex-gymnasts as well as new comers. Some students want a double back flip and some want just more control in a hand stand. We take each client at their level and create movement programs for them to accomplish what they are trying to achieve in class.
